1The 5% is added to the customer's bill as a “service fee” — it does not come out of your pocket.
2The customer pays you the total shown; you collect the whole amount.
3On the 1st of each month we calculate the accumulated service fees and inform you.
4You pay them to us within 7 days.

Example on one order

You collect €10.50 and send us €0.50 at the end of the month.
